1. Why should I choose Turpin's Florist?
Turpin's Florist has been a family owned business serving
the Hampton Roads area since 1959. Our shop prides itself
on personal customer service to help us understand exactly
how you want your floral arrangements to express your emotions.
We have two locations, and are not a chain of shops, and
have been in the same area for over four decades.
From the time you place your order, it has our full attention
and will be created for you personally using our very best
flowers. Our floral designers have over 40 years of experience,
and will arrange your flowers with the utmost professionalism
and highest standard of floral design. We have generations
of customers who continue to be a part of our family, and
we welcome new customers to see the difference of our personal
touch and commitment to excellence.
2. Where do you deliver flowers?
We deliver locally to Norfolk, Virginia Beach, Chesapeake,
and Portsmouth Virginia. We also deliver flowers nationwide
and worldwide using FTD and TeleFlora wire services to ensure
the best delivery for your out of town orders. A service
charge of $6.95 is placed on all orders inside the state
of Virginia, $7.25 for national orders and orders to Canada
and $19.95 for International orders.
3. How do I know my flowers will be fresh?
Turpin's Florist always has a 7-Day freshness guarantee,
so you can be sure the special person in your life will
enjoy their flowers for more than a day. The quality and
freshness of our flowers are guaranteed, so you can order
with confidence. We have served our customers with quality
and excellence since 1959, and pride ourselves on delivering
the freshest flowers possible, so that we may stay committed
to the long tradition of outstanding floral designs.
4. What if I don't want to place my order on-line?
You are more than welcome to call us toll free at 1-800-248-2388
to speak to any of our Customer Service representatives.
We will happily answer any of your questions and would be
able to take your order over the phone. Email customer service

Phone orders are accepted Sunday from 9:00 - 12:00 pm
5.What if you do not have the flower that is in the
picture?
Occasionally we will need to substitute a certain flower
due to availability or season. We always will try to match
another flower for the same value, and be sure to keep the
same color, style and feeling of the arrangement that you
selected. If a certain container is not available we will
also try to match that to keep the same style and meaning
of the arrangement. We want to make sure our arrangements
keep the spirit of the original floral arrangement you selected,
and will do our best to convey that with any substitutions.
6. What is the latest time that I can place my order?
For same day Hampton Roads delivery, orders must be
placed by 2:00 pm in the recipient's time zone Monday -
Saturday. For nationwide floral delivery, orders must be
placed by 12:00 pm in the recipient's time zone Monday -
Saturday. Orders placed on Sunday must be received by 12:00
p.m. EST. (Please note: Sunday delivery is not available
in all parts of the country. If you are requesting Sunday
delivery, you will be prompted at checkout to choose an
alternate delivery date.) During holiday periods (Valentine's
Day, Mother's Day, Christmas, etc.) same day delivery may
be cut off at a different time and may be earlier. Specific
timed deliveries may be placed, but may not be guaranteed.
7. What if I change my mind after I place the order?
To ensure the fastest response please call our shop
directly at 1-800-248-2388 to have any changes made to your
order. We would need at least 24 hour notice to change information,
so please call us as soon as possible if any changes need
to be made.
8. What are my payment options?
We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express,
Diners Club and Carte Blanche. We also welcome personal
checks if you shop at our store in person.
